OREANDA-NEWS  On 01 December was announced, that NASK "Oranta" celebrates its Birthday - the company is 87 years old! On its way to development and formation "Oranta" survived both difficult and easy times. The company could overcome the hardest times of economic recession and distrust of population. In contrast to Soviet times when insurance was dealt with by the government and to trust insurance meant to trust Ukrgosstrakh company, in independent Ukraine we had to revive the people's trust not only to insurance in general but also to "Oranta" company in particular, in market conditions.
 
At present NASK "Oranta" is a largest company of classical insurance market in Ukraine. In 2007 NASK "Oranta" received UAH 693,8 million of insurance payments, the amount is a real record within the scope of classical insurance market. In comparison with 2006 a growth in insurance bonuses accounted for 71,5%. The payment of insurance indemnities amounted to UAH 240 million, it grew by 2,1 degrees and accounted for 29,1%. The company has a huge network of 800 branches all over Ukraine, it numbers 800 structural subdivisions in regional centers, cities and districts of Ukraine.
