OREANDA-NEWS. On November 28, 2008 Within the Ministry of Fuel and Energy the Headquarters into the issues of operative response and measures on minimization of negative impact of the global economic crunch on functioning of enterprises of fuel and energy complex of Ukraine has been founded.

Under order of the Minister of 26.11.08 №582, sitting of the Headquarters will be held perforce, but not less than once a week.

The Headquarters is formed of:

- First Deputy Minister (Deputy Head of Headquarters) Oleh Bugayov;

- Deputy Minister Burzu Aliyev;

- Deputy Minister Serhii Pavlusha;

- Deputy Minister Volodymyr Luchnikov;

- Deputy Minister Volodymyr Makukha;

- Deputy Minister Natalya Shumkova;

- Director of Financial Economic Department Andrii Zagorodniy;

- Director of Department of strategic policy and perspective development of FEC VAsyl Sokyran;

- Director of Power Industry Department Serhii Merezhnyi;

- Director of Fuel, Gas and Oil Refining Industry Olexii Nesterenko;

- Deputy Director of Nuclear Energy and Nuclear Power Industry Dmytro Hala;

- Deputy Director of Power Industry Department Inna Skrypnyk;

- Head of the National Electricity Regulatory Commission of Ukraine Valerii Kalchenko (by agreement);

- Director of DE Energorynok Anatolii Vrublevskyi (by agreement);

- acting Director of DE NEC Ukrenergo Kostyantyn Ushchapovskyi;

- President of DE NNEC Energoatom Yurii Nedashkovskyi;

- President of NNC Energy Company of Ukraine Voldodymyr Zinevych:

- First Deputy Head of Naftogas of Ukraine Board Volodymyr Trykolich;

- chief specialist of Power Industry Department (secretary of the headquarters) Olena Nekrasova.
The Headquarters is presided over by Minister of Fuel and Energy Yurii Prodan.
