OREANDA-NEWS  On 28 November was announced, that TMM Company started the finishing acrylic coating for the buildings of "Sonyachna Brama" business-class residential-office complex located at 73-79, Lomonosova St (Kyiv). The finishing acrylic coating is carried out within the faзade works under the first construction stage.

Currently TMM company is carrying out heating, outdoor fine finishing works and glass installation in 5 buildings of the first construction stage of the complex. Interior fine finishing works are running on at the residential and public premises of the complex's buildings, including floor covering works and wall plastering. TMM is also installing doors and radiators.

As informed earlier, the first construction stage of "Sonyachna Brama" residential-office complex envisages the construction of 5 residential buildings, 3 parkings and 1 supermarket. The total area of the objects, which are constructed under the first stage, amounts to 96.8 thousand square meters, including the area of residential buildings - 87.9 thousand square meters, parking – 2.9 thousand square meters, supermarket – 1.3 thousand square meters.

"Sonyachna Brama" residential-office complex is the largest scale TMM's object under construction. Within the complex's project TMM has implemented the concept of "a city within the a city" with enclosed infrastructure. The project of "Sonyachna Brama" residential-office complex envisages the construction of 16 buildings: 14 residential and 2 office buildings. The total area of the complex is 234 sq. m. Currently 15 of 16 buildings are under construction. Completion of the first, second, third and fourth stages of construction is planned for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 respectively.
