FUIB Repays Syndicated Loan
OREANDA-NEWS. On November 26, 2008 FUIB (First Ukrainian International Bank) has repaid the syndicated loan of US 90m, 26 November 2008, reported the press-centre of SCM.
The loan was raised in December 2007; it was organised by Standard Bank Plc, BayernLB and Fortis Bank.
“The Bank does not have any difficulties with repaying the loan as it is being done in line with the schedule and all contractual terms. In 2008, FUIB has met the obligations to investors in full. So, the Bank has repaid its syndicated borrowing of US150m, which was successfully refinanced at the amount of US 154m”, says Dmitriy Yurgens, Deputy Chairman, FUIB Board.
