IDS Scheer Russia and CIS and Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC announce completion of redocumentation of the first SAP ERP-System in Russia utilizing ARIS platform.  In 1997 the Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC has among the first implemented the SAP ERP-System. During 11 years of the system development it has reached a level requiring new management approach and systematization of the cumulative data. The company has decided to do redocumentation of the SAP productive system. The overall objective of the given project was based on the analysis of statistics of use of standard, and more particularly of non-standard functions of ERP-System to gain full insight into functioning of the system and on the basis of the received results to provide implementation of a new SAP ERP version.Importance of the project becomes especially obvious in connection with transition to process-focused management.

Redocumentation of SAP in the context of process management, is offered at the Russian market one company only– IDS Scheer, which experts have carried out analysis of transactions used in productive SAP-System of the customer, and also have developed models of reference processes which are covered or not covered with standard system functionality.
