OREANDA-NEWS  On 27 November was announced, that according to the Ukrainian State Statistics Committee, the level of those registered unemployed increased slightly from 1.8% in September, to 1.9% in November. Meanwhile, the number of officially unemployed increased by 16.5 thousand people in October, after a decrease of 149.2 thousand people in 9M2008.
