On November 25, 2008 Insurance Company Kommesk - Omir (Almaty), shares of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of the second category, informed KASE in an official letter that on August 14, 2008 the Board of Directors of the company made a decision to sell 100 % stake in Zhambylskoe Subsidiary Kommesk - Omir (Taraz), reported the press-centre of KASE.
