OREANDA-NEWS. On November 25, 2008 Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana, hereinafter - the bank), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE minutes of the meeting of Fund of Sustainable Development Kazyna Board (Astana) of October 22, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

As of the mentioned date Fund of Sustainable Development Kazyna was the sole shareholder of the bank.

According to the provided document the bank's sole shareholder decided:

- to early terminate authorities of the bank's Board of Directors Chairman M. Sagindikov;

- to elect K. Kelimbetov as the bank's Board of Directors Chairman.
