JSC “Polymetal” (LSE, MICEX, RTS: PMTL) (“Polymetal” or the “Company”) has received a notification that the holding of Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas increased to 47,560,015 ordinary shares of Polymetal which represents 15.0984% of the total share capital of the Company, reported the press-centre of Polymetal.

Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas is a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG, London, and is acting as a depositary bank for the Global Depositary Receipt (GDR) program of Polymetal.

The Company has also learned that Sergey Areshev, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since September 25, 2008, owns 10,800 ordinary shares of Polymetal, which represents 0.0034% of the total share capital of the Company.
