OREANDA-NEWS. November 25, 2008. Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Resolution No. 867 On a Governmental Commission on Regional Development, on November 19, 2008, which instructs:

1. To establish a Governmental Commission on Regional Development.
2. To approve the Regulations for a Governmental Commission on Regional Development.
