High-Rise Centre Will Be Raised in Downtown Moscow
OREANDA-NEWS On 25 November was announced, that a new high-rise hotel and office centre will be raised in the centre of Moscow.
According to the official, the city authorities of Moscow are to hold a tender for the contract to lease a lot in Presnensky neighbourhood for developing the centre.
The new centre will occupy the 0.39ha lot on 12 Khodynskaya Street. Its total area will be 51,550 sq m, including the substructure of a little over 8,000 sq m.
The high-rise structure will have two levels of 12 and 40 storeys with the total height of over 150 metres. Besides, it will have two underground levels.
The lot is free of any realty at the moment. The predesign documents have been already prepared. The opening bid at the tender is to be 680 million roubles (~USD 24.7 million).
The investors involved in the project will also be burdened with zoning 7,000 sq m in the building for the International Council of Russian Compatriots.
The deposit to enter the tender is defined to be 196 million roubles (~USD 7 million) and the bid increment is to be 10 million roubles (~USD 363,600). The project is scheduled to be implemented by the winner of the tender within almost 3 years.
