On November 21, 2008 Astana-Finance (Astana) informed in an official letter to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) that on November 19, 2008 the company paid the ninth coupon interest to holders of bonds KZ2CKY07B162 (KASE official list, the first subcategory of the Non-rated debt securities category, ASFIb4; KZT100, KZT2.0 bn.; 18.05.04 - 18.05.11, semiannual coupon indexed to inflation rate, 14.00 % APR as for the reporting period), reported the press-centre of KASE.

The total payment sum made up KZT139,295,800.00, of which the bondholders were paid KZT136,416,644.35, the income tax collected at the source of payment made up KZT2,879,155.65.

According to the issuer as on the register fixing date (17.11.08) 99.5 % registered bonds KZ2CKY07B162 were in circulation.
