On November 21, 2008 Chimpharm (Shymkent), securities of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE in an official letter saying on November 17, 2008 the Board of Directors of the company made a decision on conclusion of a large deal with Investment Fund of Kazakhstan, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The letter provides no details of the deal.
