OREANDA-NEWS. Starting from 20th November 2008 bonds of OJSC North-West Telecom of the fifth issue have been transferred to the MICEX Quoting List A, level 1. The decision on admitting the bonds to trading was taken upon application of the issuer due to the fact that the bonds of OJSC N.W.Telecom met the requirement s of the stock exchange's highest level of listing.

Until now OJSC N.W. Telecom's bonds of the fifth issue have been included in the category of non-listed securities of MICEX.  

OJSC N.W. Telecom has been consistently implementing the strategy in the field of developing the securities market, among other things, including all securities, both of the share and debt categories, in the stock exchanges' highest levels of listing in order to ensure equal rights and provide the opportunity of effecting transactions with OJSC N.W. Telecom's securities to the maximum number of investor s possible. Now all the three bonded loans of OJSC North-West Telecom (series 03, 04, 05) that are in circulation have been included in the Lombard List of the RF Central Bank, are accepted by the Bank of Russia as security for direct repurchase agreement transactions and are in the A1 Quoting List of MICEX.
