OREANDA-NEWS  On 24 November was announced, that the Branch of Ingosstrakh in Novosibirsk insured the car fleet of the leading mobile operator Mobiсom-Novosibirsk as part of the hull insurance arrangements. The insurance amount totals RUR 73 mln.

The insurance covers 216 automobile vehicles. Ingosstrakh provides insurance protection under the insurance contract against the following risks: road-traffic accidents, fire, damage by rebound or fallen articles, natural calamities, malicious acts, animal behavior, car theft.

Ingosstrakh IJSC has been cooperating with Mobiсom-Novosibirsk in automobile insurance since 2004.

Mobiсom-Novosibirsk is a 100% subsidiary of Megafon, the first all-Russian mobile GSM 900/1800 operator. The first elements of the network registered under the trade name of MegaFon-Sibir were launched on December’ 16 and 18, 2003 in Novosibirsk and Kemerovo.

The total population of the Companies’ license territory constitutes 15.5 million people (10.7% of the RF population).
