OREANDA-NEWS. November 21, 2008. Krasnodar region has announced another tender for the right to lease land plots within Azov City gaming zone. According to Regional Department of Investments and Supporting Project Design 12 land plots with the area of 19 thousand to 100.9 thousand sqm will be exposed for the tender.

Ten of the land plots are meant for to accommodate a complex of gambling facilities, hotels, sports, entertainment and catering facilities, and the other two – for recreational facilities, including theme parks, aqua parks, catering and sports facilities. Under the conditions of the tender, the minimal amount of investments in the construction of properties is 120 million rubles. The winners of the tender will be announced on December 19th.
