OREANDA-NEWS. November 21, 2008. The Kaliningrad branch of the Bank of Moscow has extended a loan of about 1.5 billion roubles to OGUP Regional Power Company within the scope of a project for development of a real sector of the economy — the power infrastructure of the Kaliningrad Region.

The given funds are intended for construction of 4 electric power stations and a high-voltage electric power transmission line under a guarantee from the Kaliningrad Region.
