On November 20, 2008 RG Brands (Almaty), securities of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of the notification of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) of October 28, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the provided document AFS approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZPC2Y05B988 (KASE official list, the first subcategory of the Non-rated debt securities category, RGBRb5; KZT1, KZT1.5 bn.; 19.10.07 - 19.10.12, semiannual coupon 8.00 % APR, 30/360) of RG Brands.

According to the notification of AFS as on April 19, 2008 all bonds of the issue have been placed.
