OREANDA-NEWS. On November 21, 2008 The meeting will be held within the frameworks of the chairmanship of Moldova in the Central European Initiative (CEI).

The meeting will be attended by the ministers of power departments of CEI, CEI Executive Secretariat, the representatives of the European Commission, World Bank, EBRD, European Investment Bank, etc. It is planned to discuss issues of the national policies and strategies in the filed of promotion and use of renewable power resources, tools and programs; necessity of consolidation of the regional efforts of CEI and benefits of cooperation (exchange of information, know-how, multilateral projects, etc.).

The meeting will adopt recommendations for CEI members in order to promote renewable power resources, environmental protection, etc.
