OREANDA-NEWS. November 20, 2008. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine plans to litigate the resolution that allowed transfer of stakes in four energy generating companies (60%+1 share) and minority stakes in six power supplying companies from the authorized fund of NAC ‘Energy Company of Ukraine’ to the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF).

The issue of invalidating the resolutions #66 dd. February 22, 2008 and #196 dd. March 19, 2008 has been introduced to the Government’s agenda for Wednesday published on the official web-site of the Cabinet.

The list of shares for transfer from the authorized fund of NAC for further privatization includes the stakes in Dniproenergo OJSC, Donbassenergo OJSC, Zapadenergo OJSC and Centerenergo OJSC as well as Lvovoblenergo OJSC, Prikarpatyeoblenergo OJSC, Odessaoblenergo OJSC, Poltavaoblenergo OJSC, Sumyoblenergo OJSC, and Chernigovoblenergo OJSC.
