OREANDA-NEWS  On 20 November was announced, that Ingosstrakh Life, the subsidiary of Ingosstrakh IJSC, specializing in long-term life insurance, pension insurance and insurance against accidents and diseases,  presented preliminary performance results for 9 months of 2008.

Total premium of Ingosstrakh Life over three quarters of 2008 amounted to RUB  584.8 ml, which is an increase of 36.1% versus the same period of 2007, including for long-term life insurance  – RUB 174.5 ml, an increase of  83.5%, for insurance against accidents and diseases – RUB  410.2 ml, an increase of 22.6%.

Over 9 months of 2008 Ingosstrakh Life paid to its clients RUB 99.8 ml, including under insurance against accidents and diseases – RUB 86.1 ml, under long-term life insurance – RUB 13.7 ml. 

As of 1.10.2008, the assets of the company totaled RUB 1 032 ml, an increase of RUB 149.1 ml. Reserves of Ingosstrakh Life amounted to RUB 612.1 ml. Equity capital amounted to RUB 298.9 ml. Its authorized capital is RUB 232.5 ml.
