OREANDA-NEWS  On 20 November OMZ OJSC (Uralmash-Izhora Group) (RTS: OMZZ; LSE: OMZD; OTC: UHMVY) announced that its General Director, Viktor Danilenko, has been appointed as a member of the Governmental Commission for Electrical Energy Development. The Commission is headed by Igor Sechin, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. The membership of the Commission was approved by Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin on Nov. 5.
