A long-term program “Replacement of Information-Computation System/Safety Parameters Display System” has been implemented at Balakovo Nuclear Power Plant in the framework of the TACIS program.

An inter-department acceptance committee has approved the use of the system at the 1st unit of Balakovo NPP.

This project has become one more successful example of active involvement of Balakovo NPP in the international cooperation in the field of peaceful use of nuclear energy.
