OREANDA-NEWS. November 19, 2008. Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russia Yuri Trutnev decreed to appoint Valery Bezzubtsev as Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor).

Before the appointment, Bezzubtsev was Deputy Head of General Inspection Department of Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation.
