OREANDA-NEWS  On 19 November was announced, that the solemn opening ceremony of TMM's "Triumph" premium-class residential complex took place on November, 7, 2008. In honor of "Triumph" opening TMM held the welcome reception for the honoured guests: complex's residents, clients and partners of the company, state institutions representatives and mass-media.

As a part of the opening ceremony the excursion to "Triumph" residential complex was held, while guests had an opportunity to appraise the advantages of complex's apartments with the "intellectual flat" system installed, which is a part of "smart house" system that provides building's life cycle management. Invitees could also visit the fitness centre "Trimph", which is located on the territory of the residential complex. For the first time in Ukraine the spectrum lighting was installed in the fitness centre, enabling fitness-programs to be conducted with the light effect. In the course of reception the press briefing with Mykola Tolmachov, General Director of TMM, and Volodymyr Ustinov, Chief Engineer of TMM, was held. During the press briefing TMM's financial results for the nine months of 2008 in compliance with Ukrainian standards were presented to mass-media. 

"Triumph" premium-class residential complex is TMM's significant project, which was put into operation in June, 2008. "Triumph" is located in the park area of Pechersk district in Kyiv. "Triumph" residential complex with the total area of 67,9 thousand square meters consists of a separate 14-storeyed building and two 25-storeyed buildings connected on the level of 17-19 floors. In "Triumph" complex TMM Company has been sticking to its unchanging principle of the "turn key" construction that that implies all fine finishing works in the constructed real estate buildings.. The project of "Triumph" residential complex includes innovative communication methods: the life cycle of the complex is monitored and managed on a real time basis using modern engineering systems. Thus "Triumph" belongs to the new "intellectual" houses generation.
