Apart-Hotel Will Appear on Andronievskaya Square
OREANDA-NEWS On 19 November was announced, that the former dwelling house No 6 on Andronievskaya Square in the centre of Moscow, an object of the cultural heritage that was considered a dangerous structure by City Hall, is to undergo reconstruction, as a result of which a small apart-hotel will open there in the near future.
The object will be restored mostly due to the funds of the investor that has won the tender and that will open an eight-room apart-hotel there later.
According to the official, when the restoration is over the whole building will pass into the investor’s ownership on condition that it has paid the market value of the city share in the structure, including 40 per cent of nonresidential premises on the ground floor, 5 per cent of the rest area occupied by the nonresidential premises and 5 per cent of the area in the underground garage, into the city budget of Moscow. The total area of the house to be restored is roughly 2,300 sq m.
