OREANDA-NEWS  On 19 November was announced, that Sumy NPO ‘Frunze' < SMASH UZ NR > will maintain its volume of production. The global economic crisis will not influence the production volume of SMASH in 2008 reports the press service of the enterprise. The order book for 2008 is full and currently the Company confirms orders with shipment dates in 2009-2010. This situation is due to about 95% of the company's production being exported with the majority of products oriented for customers from the oil and gas industry's typically more stable state than other sectors, said CEO of the company Mr. Igor Ivanov. He also said that 9M2008 sales increased by 40% y/y to UAH 1480mn.
