Sorainen Vilnius office in cooperation with ICC Lithuania is organizing competition law focused seminar where certain aspects of cartel agreements and legal aspects of exchange of information between undertakings will be discussed, reported the press-centre of Sorainen.

The aim of this seminar is to provide business and legal community with practical guidance on some cartel enforcement matters and in particular information exchange agreements under Lithuanian and EC law. This seminar is designed to introduce not only legal argumentation of certain competition law problems but also to share some light on economic matters related to exchange of information between undertakings.
