OREANDA-NEWS. November 14, 2008. The Council of Entrepreneurs within the CMU will appeal to the Chernivtsi municipal council with a demand to solve all the moot points in terms of compensation of material assistance to entrepreneurs of Kalynivsky market who had suffered from floods.

The Head of the Council of Entrepreneurs within the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Oxana Prodan on a visit to Chernivtsi announced. According to her, she has hundreds of appeals of entrepreneurs who haven’t received allocated by the Government money according to circumstances.

“The Government has fulfilled the obligations and transferred the money. But the resources haven’t been received by all the entrepreneurs. I want to note every separate case will be forwarded to the Chernivtsi municipal council to clear up the reason or with a demand to adopt a decision in their favour,” Oxana Prodan explained.

Also Oxana Prodan broached an issue to immediately approve a new General Plan of market which will make its reconstruction possible. “The Prime Minister calls on all executive authorities not only to preserve all working places on Kalynivsky market but to secure fire and flood safety for enterprises and visitors present on the market’s territory. That’s why an issue of the new General Plan appears vital,” Oxana Prodan added.

Material assistance for those who had suffered from floods is envisaged with a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 06.08.08. The sum earmarked is UAH 5000.
