OREANDA-NEWS. On November 12, 2008 The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved measures to stabilize the price situation at home market. The relevant resolution the Government approved at its sitting.

In particular, the List of metal mining, coal and metallurgical products was approved which are produced by native enterprises and for sale at domestic market, the change of their wholesale-release prices is to be declared.

The Governmental decision aims at improving the situation in the mining-metallurgical complex, protecting the domestic producers and providing them with metallurgical products at favorable prices though efficient regulation of the activity of intermediary structures at the market of metal mining, coal and metallurgical products.

Implementation of the Government’s resolution will enable to raise competitive capacity of metallurgical products of domestic production at home market, improve the financial-economic state of these enterprises.
