Andrei Borodin, the President of the Bank of Moscow spoke at a press-conference together with Sergei Ignatyev, the Chairman of the Bank of Russia, in the House of Government of the Russian Federation after a meeting with the Russian Premier devoted to economy issues.

"The State has extended funds to the banks so that the banks directed the money to the real economy sector. Indisputably in a situation like that control is something that is more than required," stressed Andrei Borodin. "We totally agree that such control should be exercised. Decent and conscientious banks have nothing to conceal".
