OREANDA-NEWS. November 14, 2008. Due to the procedure of splitting Belon’s shares, which is being carried out based on the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders dd. August 8, 2008, starting from November 1, 2008 trading of shares of OAO Belon on the RTS and MICEX has been suspended.

Trading will restart approximately in January 2009 when share-splitting is completed. OAO Belon has launched the procedure of splitting its shares in June 2008 in the framework of the preparation to IPO.
