OREANDA-NEWS  On 14 November was announced, that fifty nine companies, which carry on their business in Ukraine, took part in research conducted by HR Center jointly with the consultants of Hewitt Associates. Among participants were 15 international companies, 23 large Ukrainian companies, and 21 small and middle Ukrainian companies. Concern Galnaftogaz took 8th place in the general rating of large Ukrainian companies.

Research passed on territory of Ukraine since June, 15 till August, 28, 2008. All companies-participants were divided into three categories: international companies, large Ukrainian companies, small and middle Ukrainian companies.

The accumulation of data was carried out by paper and on-line questionnaires. 19,650 Ukrainian employees gave an opinion concerning employers by 20 factors. Among other attention was paid to involvement and satisfaction of personnel, coordination of the management systems in the company.

For example, in Concern Galnaftogaz a level of employees' involvement is 65% that testifies Company's stay in the area of development. This index is especially important, as the involvement of personnel is the basis of success and high results in business. For comparison, an average index of employees' involvement in international companies in Ukraine was 64%, and in large Ukrainian companies – 58%.
