OREANDA-NEWS. November 13, 2008. Ms. Elena Kozhina, previously holding a position of advisor to CEO, has been appointed Deputy CEO and Agent Sales Director of Allianz ROSNO Life. Mr. Yogesh Bhati, who has been heading the company’s agent sales till now, will pursue his career outside Allianz ROSNO Life, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Yogesh Bhati has achieved the objectives set for him with regard to the development of agent sales. The CEO of Allianz ROSNO Life Mr. Maxim Chernin expressed gratitude to Mr. Bhati: "I am grateful to Yogesh for the results he has delivered. Yogesh’s 24-year work experience gained in the selling divisions and back offices of the large international life insurance companies turned out to be extremely valuable in building the efficient agent network of Allianz ROSNO Life throughout Russia".

Ms. Elena Kozhina was born in September 1975 in Moscow. In 1996 she graduated from the International University of Ecology and Political Science, majoring in linguistics, while at the same time studying in the Heinrich Heine University (Duesseldorf, Germany). In 2003, she received an additional education in the State Californian University (Hayward, U.S.). Prior to her arrival to Allianz ROSNO Life, she worked as the director of the Agent Sales Department in the Life Insurance Sector of Rosgosstrakh. Since July 2008, advisor to CEO of Allianz ROSNO Life.

In her new role Elena Kozhina will be in charge for elaboration of strategic regional development plans, and will be directly responsible for development of the exclusive (agent) sales channel, including introduction of uniform standards of agent sales throughout Allianz ROSNO Life, as well as for the recruiting and training of specialists in the field of customer service.

According to Mr. Maxim Chernin, "Elena’s successful record in managing sales in a major insurance company and her deep knowledge of the insurance market specifics will enable her to display the best professional skills and take active part in achievement of our principal strategic objective — leadership of Allianz ROSNO Life by volume of new business and customer service quality in the Russian life insurance market".
