Kryvbasvybukhprom Reduces Blasting out Mined Rock by 1%
OREANDA-NEWS On 13 November was announced, that In October, the Kryvbasvybukhprom industrial and production enterprise (KVPR), a part of the Metinvest group, reduced the volume of blasting out mined rock by 0.99% or 72.000 cubic meters over September, to 7.177 million cubic meters.
In October 2008, Kryvbasvybukhprom increased the volume of blasting out mined rock by 0.08% or by 5.700 cubic meters over October 2007. In January-October 2008, Kryvbasvybukhprom boosted the volume of blasting out mined rock by 22.6% or by 15.050 million cubic meters over January-October 2007, to 81.642 million cubic meters.
In September, the Kryvbasvybukhprom industrial and production enterprise, a part of the Metinvest group, reduced the volume of blasting out mined rock by 26.4% or 2.605 million cubic meters over August, to 7.249 million cubic meters.
In 2007, the Kryvbasvybukhprom increased the volume of blasting out mined rock by 7.9% or 6,350 to 86.348 million cubic meters, compared to 2006.
Kryvbasvybukhprom finished 2007 with a net profit of UAH 47.19 million having increased net revenue by 13% or by UAH 51.227 million to UAH 444.93 million, compared to 2006.
The enterprise specializes in conduct of blasting operations at opencast mines at ore mining and enrichment plants in Kryvyi Rih basin as well as at Arcelor Mittal Kryvyi Rih.
In September 2004, the State Property Fund sold 93.16% of the shares of Kryvbasvybukhprom for UAH 73.27 million to the System Capital Management company (Donetsk) owned by Rinat Akhmetov.
