On November 11, 2008 Alternative finance (Almaty), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE by the official letter on selling by the sole company's shareholder -  Company Seil (Almaty) of 100 % owned by it shares of Alternative finance in the number 80,804 units to Alpen Building LLC, reported the press-centre of KASE.
