OREANDA-NEWS. On November 10, 2008 BANK "SOYUZ" raised funds in the amount of EUR 2 million from Commerzbank AG Frankfurt (Main) under the guarantee of the Dutch Export Credit Agency “Atradius”. The tenor of the loan is 2.5 years, reported the press-centre of BANK "SOYUZ".

The funds are intended for on-lending to CJSC “Russian Leasing Company” for a purchase of the new equipment produced by the Dutch Company “IHC Hydrohammer” for further leasing it to LLC “Sochimorstroy”.

The given transaction reflects the Bank’s readiness to carry out long-term financing of the investment programs of its clients against the backdrop of the financial meltdown.

At the same time, the loan granted to BANK "SOYUZ" by Commerzbank AG Frankfurt (Main) during the ongoing global financial crisis evidences that BANK "SOYUZ" commands trust and confidence of its financial counterparties.
