OREANDA-NEWS  On 12 November was announced, that agreements reached for sale of two out of eight buildings of the Cornwall Terrace historical complex currently under reconstruction by MIRAX GROUP. The deals are being finalized. The price of a square meter in the offered projects reaches 65 thousand dollars.

"MIRAX GROUP started the Cornwall Terrace project in April this year and it has already started paying its way", says Dmitry Lutsenko, member of MIRAX GROUP's Board of Directors.

The project completion is expected by the end of 2009. At present, preparation for the fine finishing in some buildings has been completed.
