OREANDA-NEWS  On 12 November was announced, that a scientific and clinical otorhinolaryngology centre located at Volokolamskoe Highway in Moscow will be repaired and completed by the end of 2009.

A group of the buildings included in the otorhinolaryngology centre on 30 Volokolamskoe Shosse, structure 6 and 7 will be reconstructed and completed on the site of approximately 2 ha.

Federal State Institution NKT of Otorhinolaryngology of Roszdrav [Health Service of Russia] has been assigned to act as a customer and developer at the reconstruction and construction of the medical centre.

If necessary the customer will provide for the construction of pipelines and networks and the erection of municipal buildings without the following compensation and will pay for the connection to the electricity grid.
