On November 10, 2008 Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), the listed company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE by the official letter that on October 15, 2008, by the decision of Commission on approval of candidates for chief executive officers of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) G. Shalgimbaeva was approved as Board of Directors member - Independent Director of the bank, reported the press-centre of KASE.
