OREANDA-NEWS  On 11 November was announced, that a parking lot and a service centre with the total area of 35,000 sq m are to be set up under the flyover at Luzhnetskaya Embankment in the centre of Moscow.

An act permitted the use of the site for improving the area under the flyover from Luzhnetsky Proezd to Luzhnetskaya Embankment and placing there a parking lot with a repair zone and a service centre has been approved.

According to the official, the parking facilities are to start functioning in 2010.

The site under the flyover is of 1.77 ha, the total area of the object will be 35,180 sq m.
