OREANDA-NEWS  On 11 November was announced, that the stockholders of the Tsentrenerho energy generating company (CEEN) decided to pay UAH 25.36 million of dividends for 2007.

With their decision, the stockholders revised the order of distribution of company's profit for 2007 endorsed on April 3, 2008.

In particular, they decided to channel 40% of the net profit for dividend payment.

Besides, they decided to channel UAH 34.87 million for the fund of production development.

The stockholders decided to retain the volume of dividends sent to the reserve fund.

Tsentrenerho intends to revise distribution of dividends for 2006-2007 at the extraordinary meeting of shareholders on October 30.

The meeting is initiated by the majority stockholder of the company, the Energy Company of Ukraine national joint-stock company.

On April 3, Tsentrenerho stockholders decided to pay UAH 9.51 million of dividends for 2007.

They decided to channel UAH 50.722 million for production development fund and UAH 3.17 million for the reserve fund.

Tsentrenerho ended 2007 with a net profit of UAH 63.403 million.

Tsentrenerho consists of the Vuhlehirsk (Donetsk region), Trypillia (Kyiv region) and Zmiiv heating power plants (Kharkiv region).

The state holds 78.29% shares in Tsentrenerho, which is an open joint stock company, the shares are managed by the national joint-stock company Energy Company of Ukraine.
