IDGC of Centre Opened New Customer Service Centre in Torzhok
OREANDA-NEWS On 10 November was announced, that IDGC of Centre, JSC opened the 31st CSC. Now grid services will become more accessible for the company's customers.
Director of Torzhok Network unitary enterprise Dmitry Zazyalov, Head of Torzhok Electric Networks production division Alexander Alekseev, Head of EnergobalanceCentre, JSC Torzhok division Alexander Vershinsky and other representatives of the city power companies took part in the solemn opening ceremony.
Nikolai Ivchenko, who sent in an application for technological connection of a residential apartment, received a present in a solemn atmosphere as the first customer of the Centre.
The Customer Service Centre in Torzhok will render grid services of IDGC of Centre, JSC subsidiary; however, the company also wants the Centre to help the population to solve other problems. It is conducting negotiations with industry-related organisations for joined work in the CSCs. Torzhok Civil Networks municipal enterprise and EnergobalanceCentre, ltd Torzhok division has already agreed to take part in the work of the CSC.
