OREANDA-NEWS. November 7, 2008. Non-financial securities issuers appear at the market of corporate bonds of Azerbaijan.

The State Committee for Securities (under the Presidential Administration) has registered for the first time an issue prospectus of automobile dealer’s bonds.

The Committee informs that in November they registered the issue prospectus of registered interest-bearing bonds of YenimotoR LLC.

According to the prospectus, YenimotoR LLC has the right to issue 40,000 bond with face value of AZN 100 each.

The issue will allow the Company raising up to AZN 4 million.

YenimotoR LLC is official and only distributor of Honda Motor Co in Azerbaijan. This July it opened the Honda automobile centre (add: 6, Sumgait Highway) and now plans further development of its Honda dealer network in Ganja, Lankaran and Guba.
