OREANDA-NEWS. November 7, 2008. President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who was on the state visit to the Republic of Korea, received CEO of Turkish Chalik Holding Ahmet Chalik in Seoul at the businessman’s request.

Thanking for the opportunity of a personal meeting the head of the Turkish company congratulated on the success of the Turkmen-Korean top level talks.

The top manager of the Turkish company which had the representation office in the Republic of Korea as well informed the Turkmen leader of the progress of the joint projects and fulfillment of the instructions. Focusing on the company’s willingness to intensify collaboration in the large-scale projects and programmes initiated by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Ahmet Chalik put forward the relevant proposals.

In this regard Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov specified the top-priority tasks to accelerate implementation of the joint projects, in particular construction of the mosque in Kunya Urgench.

In conclusion Ahmet Chalik thanked for the opportunity of a personal meeting and assured the Turkmen leader that the company stood ready to prove its adherence to dependable and long-term co-operation with Turkmenistan.
