OREANDA-NEWS. November 06, 2008. Over 9 months 2008, state enterprises of the transport and communications sector increased budget payments by 44%, Kateryna Fomenko, Deputy Transport and Communications Minister announced.
 
According to her, over the period Ukraine's railway branch boosted budget payments 1.4folds compared to the same period 2007 with UAH 3.19 billion paid (USD 1 - UAH 5.79); sea branch - UAH 540.4 million, up by 22%; aviation - UAH 68.7 million in total, up by 26%.

As referred to automobile transport, UAH 25.7 million was paid over 9 months, 1.3 times more year-over-year. Road economy sector - 1.47folds, UAH 258 million with the volumes of road works growing by almost 14%.
