OREANDA-NEWS. November 6, 2008. The Tula Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Administration of Gomel-Raton Free Economic Zone will sign an agreement on information and sci-tech cooperation in the nearest future.

This decision was taken at the meeting between the Tula delegation and representatives of FEZ Gomel-Raton during the visit of the Tula oblast business circles to the Gomel oblast.

According to Viktor Derevyanko, the Tula oblast businessmen were surprised to find out about the preferential terms of operation in FEZ Gomel-Raton. The representatives of the Russian region got familiar with the work of the FEZ residents and considered the possibility to set up joint ventures or affiliates of Tula companies.

The meeting is organized by the chambers of commerce and industry of the Belarusian and Russian regions. The programme of the visit includes the contact and cooperation exchange and the presentations of the chambers of commerce and industry.
