OREANDA-NEWS  On 06 November was announced, that the stockholders of Kryvyi Rih-based Kryvbasvybukhprom industrial-production enterprise (KVPR), which is part of Metinvest group, decided to pay UAH 44.829 million of dividends for 2007.

5% or UAH 2.359 million of the net profit will be channeled for the reserve fund of the enterprise.

The dividends are paid in the period of October 28, 2008 - October 27, 2010. As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Kryvbasvybukhprom finished 2007 with a net profit of UAH 47.19 million having increased net revenue by 13% or by UAH 51.227 million to UAH 444.93 million, compared to 2006.

The enterprise specializes in conduct of blasting operations at opencast mines at ore mining and enrichment plants in Kryvyi Rih basin as well as at Arcelor Mittal Kryvyi Rih.

In September 2004, the State Property Fund sold 93.16% of the shares of Kryvbasvybukhprom for UAH 73.27 million to the System Capital Management company (Donetsk) owned by Rinat Akhmetov.
