OREANDA-NEWS  On 01 November was announced, that on October 22, 2008 a gala award ceremony was held in the Moscow International House of Music to honor the laureates of the "Russian Creators" award.

This award is presented to the most superlative government and non-governmental enterprises and managers who have made a significant contribution to bringing priority national projects of the country into fruition: "Health", "Education", "Accessible and Comfortable Housing", and the "Development of Agribusiness." The award earned the support of the Russian Federation Government, the State Duma and the Federation Council, as well as by the Ministries of Finance, Regional Developments, Health and Social Development, Education and Science, and the Ministry of Agriculture, as well as the Moscow City government, and the leaders of 37 subjects of the Russian Federation.

Present at the event were the heads of leading Russian companies who gave speeches about the particulars of implementing projects important to the public that are geared toward improving the quality of life of Russian citizens. The companies that had made the most significant contributions toward the development of national projects were awarded honorary diplomas and prize cups.

The organizers of the ceremony expressed their gratitude to the sponsors, among which was the "LUDING" Company, which provided exquisite beverages for the reception. The guests were treated to Armenian cognac "NOY CLASSIC" and to French Wines by the Ginestet Company. The First Deputy of the Moscow Mayor, Vladimir Resin and the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma, Oleg Morozov, and their aides were presented with gifts of the marvelous cognac "NOY VLASTELIN 25 YEARS". And, the "LUDING" Company was conferred an honorary diploma that the organizers presented during the festive atmosphere at the reception.
