OREANDA-NEWS. October 31, 2008. The Government and JSC Alliance Bank reached an agreement on the additional capitalization of the bank by the Government, reported the Official website http://en.government.kz.

These measures provide additional capital into the bank through National Wealth Fund "SamrukKazyna" acting in behalf of the Government by purchasing newly issued common shares in the amount not exceeding 25 % equity capital of the Bank, and in additional by purchasing the preferred shares.

SamrukKazyna’s participation in the capital of the bank will be governed by the terms specified in the joint statement on state banking sector support measures announced by the Government, the National Bank and the Agency for Financial Supervision on October 28, 2008.
